Define the audience
We narrow down who you want to reach: industry, size, role, trigger. Without that boundary every list becomes arbitrary.
Cold mailing as infrastructure
Outreach that lands.
We build and run the whole chain: audience definition, list building, qualification, delivery infrastructure, sequences, reply handling. You get conversations, not software.
Reach is not the goal. The right conversation is.
Email enough addresses and you will eventually get replies. We work the other way round: sharpen the audience first, verify the list, then deliver. What is not qualified does not get contacted.
Precision over volume.
Brands we work with

In operation
From search space to reply you see how much survives each stage. Where something is lost, it is visible.
Sequence — delivery and replies
Current month · one sender identity
Audience defined
companies in the search space
List built
contacts with a role
Qualified
verified, deduplicated
Delivered
inbox, not spam
Replies
19 of them conversations
Worked example illustrating the chain. Not client data and not a committed rate. Real figures depend on audience, offer and starting position.
The chain
We do not hand you software to operate. We run the chain and pass on conversations.
We narrow down who you want to reach: industry, size, role, trigger. Without that boundary every list becomes arbitrary.
We assemble companies and contacts rather than taking over a purchased file. The origin of every record stays traceable.
Addresses are verified, duplicates removed, roles confirmed. What fails the check does not get contacted.
Dedicated sending domains, warmed mailboxes, SPF, DKIM and DMARC in place. Delivery is engineering, not luck.
Plaintext, one sender identity per sequence, a clear reason in the first sentence. No image, no signature graphic, no tracking pixel on first contact.
Replies are sorted, answered and handed over. You join the conversation, not the inbox.
How we work
We are infrastructure, not growth coaching. These four sentences decide how we operate.
Nobody can credibly predict how a market reacts to an approach. What we stand behind is the method.
An unverified list damages the domain, not just the campaign. Qualification therefore comes before volume.
Mixed signatures are a mistake, not a test. The recipient should know who they are talking to.
No images, no signature graphic, no formatting. Brand is carried by language there, not by design.
Contact
In the first call we narrow down who you want to reach and tell you whether we can build the chain for it sensibly. If we cannot, we say so.

Questions
No. LeadSeek is a service. We build and run the chain and hand you the conversations. If you want visibility into lists, sequences or delivery figures, you get it — but there is nothing for you to operate.
We build the list for your search space instead of buying a finished file. For every record it stays traceable where it came from and when it was verified.
As a rule, no. We set up dedicated sending domains and warm them up. Your main domain stays out of cold sending, which protects your internal deliverability.
Warmed mailboxes, SPF, DKIM and DMARC records in place, limited volume per mailbox and continuous monitoring of delivery figures. Plaintext without images and without a tracking pixel on first contact helps as well.
We do not name that number up front. It depends on audience, offer and starting position, and any blanket commitment would be guesswork. What we do commit to: you see the figures at every stage of the chain and can check them yourself.
A fixed monthly fee based on scope: size of the search space, number of sequences, extent of reply handling. We name the figure in the call, once we have seen your search space.
